Hamilton Jewelers Pavilions is committed to making hamiltonpavilions.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We want every visitor to browse our jewelry and timepieces, learn about our services, and contact us without barriers.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act for websites.

• Built the Site on Shopify with a theme designed for keyboard navigation and screen readers
• Added descriptive alternative text to product and brand images
• Maintained color contrast and resizable text throughout the Site
• Labeled forms and buttons so assistive technology can read them
• Run accessibility scans before launch and on a regular schedule afterward

Accessibility is a continuing effort. We review the Site on a regular basis, address issues as we find them, and train our team on accessible content practices. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or manufacturer videos, may not fully meet our standard, and we work with those providers to improve it.
