Ferd Wolfson, Inc., doing business as Hamilton Jewelers Pavilions (“Hamilton Jewelers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through hamiltonpavilions.com (the “Site”), how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, customers, and anyone who contacts us through the Site.

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us through an inquiry form, email, or chat. If you go on to purchase by phone or in our showroom, we collect your billing and shipping address and payment details at that time. If you request an appraisal, repair, or custom design, we also collect the details you provide about the piece.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and approximate location. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies operated by Shopify and the analytics and advertising partners listed below.

Information from other sources. Fraud-screening results from our payment processor, and address verification data from shipping carriers, for purchases we ship.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiries about jewelry, timepieces, and services
• Complete purchases arranged by phone or in our showroom, including payment, shipping, insurance, and tax calculation
• Activate warranty coverage with the manufacturer in your name
• Provide customer service, repair, and appraisal services
• Send marketing emails and text messages if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time
• Show you relevant advertising on other websites and social platforms
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
• Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

The Site uses cookies set by Shopify to run the Site and remember your preferences. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic, and the Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tags to measure the results of our advertising and show you relevant ads on those platforms. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie banner on the Site. Blocking cookies may limit some features of the Site.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing under California law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

• Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes inquiry forms. Shopify’s own privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
• Payment processors to complete purchases arranged by phone or in our showroom
• Shipping carriers and insurers to deliver purchases we ship
• Watch and jewelry manufacturers to activate warranties and process warranty service
• Marketing and analytics providers (Google and Meta, and our email platform if you opt in to marketing) to measure the Site and deliver advertising, which California law may treat as “sharing”
• Professional advisers such as accountants and attorneys
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others

If Hamilton Jewelers is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Request that we correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context advertising
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email info@hamiltonpavilions.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (916) 927-2300. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within 45 days. To opt out of sharing, click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the Site footer, or enable the Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Residents of other states with privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. Contact us using the details above and we will honor requests as required by the law that applies to you.

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in through a signup form or in our showroom. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any message to opt out. Messages about an inquiry or purchase you made continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.

We keep purchase and warranty records for as long as needed to provide service, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, generally 7 years after the purchase. Inquiry records are kept for 2 years. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or after 2 years of inactivity.

The Site runs on Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and all pages are served over HTTPS. Payment details for phone and showroom purchases are handled by our payment processor and never stored on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to manufacturer websites, Google Maps, and social platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date. If we begin selling directly through the Site or add new tracking tools, we will update this policy before doing so.
